1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IANDRS.COM (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services Provided

IANDR LLC provides an online platform for business information and an automated appointment system. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice.

3. Appointment System

  • Accuracy: Users must provide true and accurate information when booking.
  • Cancellations: IANDR LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to availability, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • No Guarantee: Use of the appointment system does not guarantee the final provision of professional services until confirmed by an IANDR LLC representative.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We currently accept Zelle and other methods communicated to you by an IANDR LLC representative. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • Quotes: Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if additional work, parts, or diagnostics are required. Any change will be communicated before work proceeds where reasonably possible.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Please cancel or reschedule with reasonable advance notice. IANDR LLC may charge a service-call or diagnostic fee for missed appointments or cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue with a completed service.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in to text updates, you consent to receive SMS messages from I & R Mobile Mechanic about your appointment or inquiry.

  • Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website’s administrative panel or backend infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the technical monitoring tools (Sentry and PostHog).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia, IANDR LLC and its developer, CNID LLC, shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
